Parastar.in (“Site”) is a property of Parastar Printing and Packaging Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and every rights and regulations are solely owned by Parastar Printing and Packaging Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Parastar.in reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these T&C from time to time.

Design and Printing

  • All Pictures shown on the website are just for reference purposes only. All types of customization available.
  • Colours may vary, please do not compare the final printed product with designed soft copy.
  • It is impossible to guarantee 100% colour accuracy.
  • While placing orders you should provide complete and correct information and/or content for designing and printing.
  • You must provide high resolution files for related images, photos, logos which are going to be the part of design otherwise no complaint against design and/or printing quality will be entertained.

Payment

  • 60% of total payable amount should be paid in advance (while placing order) and remaining 40% amount should be paid at the time of delivery (on completion of project).
  • The estimate provided for particular requirements of products and/or services is valid for 20 days from the date of estimate.
  • Cheque should be written in the name of “Parastar Printing and Packaging Solutions Pvt. Ltd.”

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Parastar.in (“Site”) is solely owned by Parastar Printing and Packaging Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • All the data on this site, including images, photos, icons, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, etc. are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by the company.
  • Brand logo, name, designs are All RIGHTS RESERVED. All other trademarks, category names, product names, and company names or logos used here are the property of their respective owners.
  • You may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever any materials from the site without company’s prior written permission.
  • Printing materials for any other reason or transferring materials for use on any other website, or the modification, distribution or republication of materials without the company's prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
